We want you to feel confident in your Bondae fit. If your size isn’t quite right, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Size Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for size changes only and are subject to stock availability.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, body marks, or other signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Thailand Orders
For domestic orders, a ฿100 exchange handling fee applies.
Please note that this fee does not include shipping costs. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to Bondae and any applicable shipping cost for the replacement item.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange, including returning the original item and shipping the replacement item.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges related to an exchange are also the customer’s responsibility.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Refunds
Bondae does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Exchanges are available for size only within the 7-day exchange period.
